J + J 's dreamy reception at Casa Calma

Jordanne and Jerrod’s wedding reception at Casa Calma was a celebration of love, nature, and thoughtful details—all set against the peaceful backdrop of California’s rolling hills. From the moment the venue was ready, the setting felt intimate and grounded.

The reception was held on the upper terrace nestled beneath mature oaks and accented with white paper lanterns, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. A long wooden table, beautifully crafted by AllHeart Rentals, ran through the center of the courtyard. The natural textures, simple table settings, and floral arrangements struck the perfect balance between minimal and warm—allowing the stunning surroundings to shine.

Dinner featured a traditional asado prepared by Buena Onda, bringing the feel of a communal, outdoor feast to the evening. Guests gathered around to enjoy perfectly grilled meats and vibrant sides.

As night fell, candles flickered along the table and the celebration continued with sweets from Petites Douceurs. Their cake and desserts were both beautifully presented and genuinely delicious—a perfect way to close out the meal and toast to the newlyweds.
